High Intensity Workout in Rochester

Yesterday’s workout was another fast paced High Intensity Interval Workout. We train outdoors all year round, whatever the weather. It’s clear to see from our members the benefits that this type of training has in terms of increased strength, fitness, body shaping and overall health. So why not give it a try, beginners are always welcome and your progress will be rapid! Even those who are only able to train once a week feel the benefits. Nutrition also plays a vital part in what we do.
